Sauna – „Sweat yourself healthy“
A visit to the sauna, and the associated sweating, increases one’s personal wellbeing and has positives affects on the immune system and health. When used consistently colds will be prevented and muscles will be relaxed. A great experience, especially after a full day of making sport or hiking.
Stay healthy with deep warmth – Infrared
Infrared is the best means to add warmth to your body. This happens without skin contact and without irritating the regular intake of warmth of the skin. The outermost layers of skin take in infrared rays and transform those into a comfortable warmth. At the same time, the body increases the circulation of blood within the skin to cool it down. By doing this, the warmth is being transported by the blood and carried throughout the body.
Deep heat relaxes the body, strengthens the immune system, increases metabolism and blood circulation and supports a desired diet.
Quiet room and fresh air area
After an extensive visit to the sauna or infrared, you can rest in our fresh air area and enjoy a wonderful view on the east-Tyrolean star night sky. Afterwards, relax to ambient music in our quiet recovery room – maybe with an entertaining book out of our library.
